Hi, ROLMan!

Well, your ROLM Reunion tickets are waiting for you. But, first, here's some bank-required fine print. Please read this entire page.

What's the 2003 Silicon Valley ROLMunion going to be like? Informal.
    Bring your best Hawaiian shirt and be prepared to P-A-R-T-Y in the warm Cupertino sunshine at Blackberry Farm.

Food? The BBQ at Blackberry Farm is second to none. You definitely want to buy a food package if you want to eat.
    No food tickets are available at the door (bank and Blackberry restrictions) so buy a package now!

Entertainment? You'll love the "talent" that we've lined up.
    Suffice it to say that all 4 of the R,O,L,M guys are scheduled to appear,
    as are some of the other movers and shakers of the high technology world!

Tickets are First Come, First Served. When tickets are gone, they're gone.

No Ticket Sales the Day of the Event Ticket sales are online only. Sorry, but the banks doesn't allow sales at the gate.

Temporary account. The bank won't allow us to link Dean's e-commerce site EyeRecall.com with the ROLMAlumni.com site.
    Long story but, basically, the bank is paranoid about security.
    So the bank requires that you set up a temporary account on Dean's 128 bit secure EyeRecall.com server.

Credit Cards: We accept

from current U.S. residents.

U.S. Residents: Billing address must match credit card address or your transaction will be rejected.

Non-U.S. Residents: The bank won't allow us to accept non-U.S. resident credit cards.
    Fear not: there IS a way to get tickets if you live out of the U.S. Email Dean for info.

Refund Policy: All Sales Final Sorry, but bank chargeback regulations require that all sales be final.
    If you have last minute emergencies and can't attend the reunion, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Payment by Cash or Check: Sorry, but no check or cash sales are permitted at this time. Email Dean if the credit card system doesn't work.

Tickets: You MUST pickup tickets on Sunday August 24, 2003 (the day of the reunion) between 10:30am and 11:30am at a place TBD near Blackberry Farm. Email Dean if you can't be at Blackberry Farm by 11:30am and we'll come up with alternative arrangements.

Your Invoice: will be emailed to you. Keep your invoice as proof of payment.
    Your invoice and your charge card statement will read "EyeRecall.com". That's Dean's "doing business as" name.

Everything is at our cost. We're not making a penny off of this event. We simply want to network with thousands of fellow ROLMans and have a good time. We pass along our costs. Taxes, credit card processing charges, and bank handling fees are all included in ticket prices.

Admission-Only Tickets ($15 for adults, $10 for kids 6 thru 12)

Sorry, but food tickets are sold out.
But we have plenty of admission tickets.
Buy as many as you'd like. Bring friends. Bring neighbors. Bring the in-laws.

Bring the kids! Miss Sparkles Delight, Clown Extraordinaire, will entertain the kiddies while us big people mingle.

Bring a swimsuit! Blackberry's large pool will remind us all of the glory years at ROLM's rec center.

Beer and Wine Sorry, Blackberry does not sell alcohol, so we won't be providing beer or wine. No worries about finding a designated driver, at least. Don't worry: we'll fill you up with free soft drinks, water, etc. It's all included in the price of admission.

Bring Memorabilia! The traveling ROLMuseum will be scanning whatever memorabilia you bring.
We've already scanned dozens of photos, and people are sending us more every day.

Bring Digital Cameras! Take pictures and send them to me after the ROLMunion.

To show that we care, we're partnering with the the Palo Alto / Stanford Ronald McDonald House to accept donations and explore volunteer opportunities.
